Rats, Mice & Chipmunks
Rats and mice live in drains, under concrete, in sub floors, in garbage refuse areas, kitchens, roof voids and other areas where a potential food and moisture source is available. Rats and mice often become a major problem in cold winter months when they seek food and warmth inside buildings. They may suddenly appear in large numbers when evacuation work disturbs their in-ground nesting locations, or when their food source is changed.

Professional knowledge of the rodent's habits is essential to eradicate a problem. The cost of removing the pest will depend upon the size of the premises and the severity of the infestation. Several visits may be necessary to monitor and replenish bait stations. We also offer inspections of the home to pest-proof any entrances rodents may use to enter the structure.

Squirrels
There are several species of squirrels, but here we are covering the tree squirrels that inhabit the attics and cause damage and noise.
Squirrels are abundant in the wilderness because their natural predators are less abundant. Because of this population increase and a decreasing natural habitat due to construction, we will start to see them in our attics. They seek warm, safe shelter during the fall and winter months in particular.
